SERVICE BY UNPROFESSIONAL PARTY

They have not lift licence. They have either half-baked knowledge or no knowledge at all. Spurious / wrong parts are used. Untrained / unskilled personnel are on the job. No upgradation of lift information is available. Chances of accidents are very high, as most of safety circuits are bypassed due to the lack of knowledge.

LABOUR CONTRACT

The term Labour maintenance contract herein mentioned in this contract means that the Company shall carry out normal servicing every Month & break down only, such servicing shall not include replacement of any parts, major repair etc.

FULL COMPREHENSIVE

All operating parts of the lift shall be covered in this contract. Followings optional items are not covered under comprehensive contract: Car fan, lights, car flooring, painting, door closer.

SEMI-COMPREHENSIVE

Company shall carry out servicing every month & break down including spares. Followings items are not covered under contract: Winding Unit, Main Rope, Traveling Cables, Microprocessor Board, optional parts.

SAPANA ELEVATOR SERVICE

We can provide you with the best service and value. We know the elevator's original specification. Sapana elevator service personnel are specifically trained to maintain your elevator with the help of our technical support and modern tools that are available to our maintenance team at all times. All type spare parts are available with us. Some of the routine maintenance Programme are: Inspection of all safety equipment. Lubricating moving parts. Adjusting sensitive parts. * Replacing damaged parts or worn out parts that have reached the limit of their life. When a break down call is received from the customer, the detail of the elevator, nature of the complaint, and the measures taken to rectify are entered into the system.
